Certification
Institutional certification is an external regulatory procedure that is mandatory and unique for all
healthcare establishments. It aims to ensure that the conditions of safety, quality of care and treatment of the patient
are taken into account by the healthcare establishment. It encourages all professionals to analyse their organization
and to make improvements.
It is supported by a process of continuous improvement for quality and risk management.
The certification report for the former clinics at the origin of RHENA is available on the website of the Haute Autorité de Santé:
The RHENA Clinic committed itself early in 2018 to the certification process and is working to continuously improve its organization and practice on an everyday basis.
